Securely pack the robot, components, and any original documentation in the original packaging to ensure the electronics remain protected during transit.
Ship to Petoi
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the kit components and hardware functionality, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement within 5-7 business days.
